“I had a bad fall at my apartment. I broke ribs & a shoulder blade. I was in great pain laying on the floor. I pushed the button on my [He] had slid from his recliner to the floor, and due to his weight, I was unable to help him off the floor. Life Alert contacted emergency services and he was quickly evaluated before they left. Process was very quick and efficient – much easier than calling 911!. They answered quick and I said “I fell, in pain, can’t move.” Told them to send help ASAP. My front office sent help to unlock my door and ambulance/ firemen got here in 30 minutes. Life Alert works! It saved the day and it was quick and professional. In the hospital for 13 days, now I get home therapy. Again, thankful for Life Alert. A life saver!”
