Presidential Support C-130 Reported Down Near Jackson Hole, WY

According to a pentagon spokesperson, a Texas Air National Guard C-130 turbo-prop from Dyess AFB, Texas has crashed near Jackson Hole, WY. The plane was assigned to fly "presidential support" for members of President Clinton's staff and transport equipment. It was enroute from Jackson Hole to JFK Airport in New York City. At least seven (7) souls were reported on-board upon departure, their fate is currently unknown. The plane reportedly went down into a mountainside in the Grand Tetons, northeast of Jackson Hole.

No information in regard to the cause of the crash or other details has been released at this time. ENN will continue to follow this story and provide additional details as they become available.
